How It Works
Our online store OPENS EVERY THURSDAY at 8 A.M. and closes when inventory is depleted.
A shopper can place only one order per week.
When items are listed as “Out of Stock”, that means all supplies have been depleted and you’ll need to revisit the following Thursday.
To be added to our waiting list, we’ll need the following information emailed to us at info@theonlinefoodpantry.org:
- Full Name
- Home Address
- Number of People in Household
- Phone Number
- Email Address
Note: Being added to our waiting list does not guarantee you’ll receive a food delivery.
However, If you place an order and receive an order number, that guarantees your order will be filled
and a representative will contact you within 24-48 hours.
All food items are predicated on the availability of each product.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Next, a representative will call you to schedule a delivery.
If there is any food item(s) that you do not prefer, please notate that by replying to our confirmation email.
Please be patient as a call back may take a few days.
Please understand that all phone calls or email may not be returned due to the high volume we receive daily.
